In 2019, I was a member of Distinct Magazine, a student-run magazine at Ithaca College. My position was a photographer, and was in charge of creating, shooting, scouting for my own photo projects. Every week we as an org were given a theme and we as photographers or videographers would come up with a concept that went along with that theme.
On a few occasions I made the Distinct instagram account. This particular experience taught me a lot about self-starting, organization, and the work behind producing projects in a timely fashion.
